Russia is on the verge of an efficiency revolution in the building segment, which comprises state-of-the-art gas and oil condensing technology, heat pumps, modern biomass firing and solar heating. By applying system approaches such as these, energy users in the Russian Federation can effectively confront the strong trend towards increasing energy prices in Russia.
